I rented from them for four years. They’re very responsive, professional, and respectful. You can pay your rent with cash with them also! Any maintenance issues I had they would come and fix with 48 hours of the request. The yard was a mess with weeds and trash (living next to a main road) and I was told I had to maintain the yard(which I did) When I moved out I left the house spotless and yard better than when I moved in and I got my full deposit back minus their mandatory cleaning fee. I rented from these guys for 2 years, typical large scale property management that will rather go to court than taking care of their residents.
Went in early to pay my rent for March and asked about a new kitchen sink faucet to make dishwashing easier and as soon as I got home maintenance called and asked if he could come by and within 2 hrs it was switched out. It was Amazing!!! THANK YOU
