If I could give this company zero stars I would. They don’t manage anything all they do is collect rent because when one has a concern they won’t address it, they won’t fix anything and they’re constantly changing out property management. Don’t walk away from any property managed by monument but run as fast as you can. You’ll regret it.
I live in Springwood Park townhomes 1500 witte road Houston tx 77080. My electricity went out 6-5-2024 I have been going or calling up there every day since then. I went today for an update and the lady in the office didn’t even remember me or why I was at the office today. I am the only unit with out electricity so I think that should be hard to forget. So I got a little annoyed with her an raise my voice. But she tells me it’s not her problem. In my opinion that’s not how u should treat your tenants. I mean I pay my rent a... read more
