Great place to live in the city! I'm happy to call Monument Place Apartments home. The front office and maintenance are so kind, friendly, and ready to help. The apartments are nearly sound-proof - you'll never hear your neighbors. The amount of space you get for the price is fantastic for the Mount Vernon neighborhood. The building is secure, fenced in parking is really cheap, the office collects packages, and each apartment is filled with natural light. It's a steal and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!
