My daughter (15) really likes her therapist, even though I was apprehensive due to how young she is (no offense, it's on account of my daughter's issues). I have definitely seen an improvement overall in the short few months that she has been attending; and that says a lot considering she has had counseling in the past for a longer period of time. Also, the chairs are comfy, there's a bathroom we can use if needed, and appointment times are convenient to make/reschedule when calling.
