My Ford Escape is having battery problems...many trips to a prior replace, who sent me to Monte's. Car there 10am - 6pm... Diagnosis...bad battery; printed a letter for me to take back to previous shop.
I can't give a good review if when I make a phone call I feel as if someone has an answer before looking at the problem. Or the advice given is for me to solve a problem I'm calling you about. Not every business has good customer service which will cost future business.
Called and spoke to an employee about my issue. Wouldn't fix an issue with my headlights.
The customer service at Monty's was great! I had been having problems with my car stalling for a few weeks and replaced it with a brand new battery, hoping it was not my alternator. But after the car stalled again - I knew I needed professional help. I took it to Advance Auto Parts who "tested" my battery and said it was great, but my alternator was shot.
