Absolutely terrible they can’t keep track of how much your rent is month to month I started calling to see what it would be every month. Over a year here and they still have not given me a copy of my contract. They have the worst office hours and take forever to get back to you. I will absolutely not be staying another year they went up on my rent by over $200 monthly and now they keep saying I haven’t paid it in full but my bank statement shows otherwise. Apartment managers do not communicate in timely manner for one thing. On my door March 3rd 2020 I received a letter stating I am accused of a lease violation dated Sept. 2019 for non compliance of turning in documentation. Change reported Feb 6, 2020. I began a new job that Thursday and went in person to give her the info on my new job at AAMCO. Great place to live!!! Management is awesome and always do their best to take care of everything!!!
These apartment are great, we've been here since 12/2015, any problem I've had was taken care of immediately , even after hours. The staff is awesome! I love the location near wal-mart, HEB, dollar tree, etc. love my home!!!!!
great place and amazing management. They were very helpful and very willing to work with me and my family while we gathered all paperwork necessary. I love it here so far
