Montrose service department is the place I totally trust. Their service advisors are honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. Always!! The technicians always do quality work no matter what you have done on your vehicle. Total quality. Thank you for always being honest and respectful.
Normally I would give more than 3 stars but as this is for my last visit, that experience right after I left service was disappointing so I guess a high rank to a low rank gives a mid rank. Shortly after I left Service I would have made a U-turn after picking up my daughter but I had another appointment. Car drove like it was in second gear or like my daughter stated "neutral". When I bought vehicle salesman asked service department about oil changes right in front of me I was told I had 4 free oil changes I used one came back today for my second and will not honor it saying they looked up my name vin and can’t find the information anywhere I will not be coming back here again
