I has a very bad experience today. Lady who was assisting didn’t understand a word of English, asked 3 x for round nails got extra square nails. Boss had to intervene in filing nails. After she was unable to paint it as I asked so another lady had to come over to paint. 1:30 for just a trim and regular paint … a normal 20 max 30 min job!
Very dissapointed.
She took off my old nails first, and honestly it hurt a lot and felt like it was burning the whole time. Then when she applied the regular polish, it didn’t come out good, it looked messy and sloppy and even had spots that were missed. The whole experience was just really bad for me.
