Billy Baxter was our sales man and he helped us find our Toyota 2008 FJ. Billy was very profesional and helpful in locating the perfect vehicle for our needs and within our budget. I bought a car and it was honestly an enjoyable experience. I never thought that would happen. I wasn't treated like a $ sign! Billy made me feel comfortable and spent a lot of time going over a lot of different cars and financing options. I appreciate the time and excellent customer service that Billy provided! Their staff is very nice. Erik Eckman listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and I didnt feel pressured to buy something I didnt want or need. I would recommend talking to him if you are looking at buying a vehicle!

Service department is a real case study of customer service. Mike and Steve have taken care of 3 of our vehicles for over a decade. From making an appointment to recommending service options, to a detailed review of what was done and applying any coupon savings without being asked, we receive "above and beyond" service. Greg, the Nissan service expert is a gem, taking great care of our 2004 Armada, which still runs like new. We'll never switch.
