I have been a patient of Dr. Lovero for several years and I keep coming back because of the great experience each time. The staff is outstanding, very courteous and helpful, appointments are easy to book online and via phone, so customer service is on point!! I especially appreciate the assistance selecting new frames as I love my new hip frames. For the first time in my life the frames actually hide the thickness of my lenses. That's outstanding!! An amazing experience. From the time you walk in and you're greeted with friendly associates at the counter. (very inviting with a great deal of professionalism) Dr Lovero is ahead of the game and very technology based. He went above and beyond to explain the procedures. This place was amazing, as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with amazing smiles and such joy. They have the latest equipment to pin-point any issues you may have. Everyone there was so experienced with the lens, frames, and process that were going to be done to you. A big shout out to Morgan Dyke and the team with all the knowledge and help with my new lens, they are awesome. Can not wait to come back. Highly recommend Montrose eye care to everyone.

I have been using the same optometrist for many years but due to insurance had to find a new one. After careful searching, I chose to try Dr. Lovero. I was totally impressed from the start with their reusable patient form and the kind professionalism showed by the staff from start to finish! Dr. Lovero is stylish, professional, friendly and best of all knows his stuff! I am very happy to have found him and his staff and highly recommend them to everyone!
