Went here with high hopes based on the reviews and it was horrible to start with went looking at a Chevy trax they had one I like all black and everything go on the test drive and come back and then they tell me oh we just sold that one so I wait more for them to come back and tell me they need at least 2k down. Fast forward a week me and my wife go to Serpentini Chevrolet in Willoughby and end up with a brand new 2026 Chevy trax the exact car we wanted with only 1000 down just for Serpentini to tell us that if Montrose woul... read more
