I waited to post my review until I got a second opinion… I took my car to get inspected, waited over an hour for them to tell me that I needed new brakes, then more than another hour for mechanic to put it back together. I waited almost 2 1/2 hours there! Ridiculous on their time! My husband went to change my breaks and said there was plenty of wear left on them. Heath was professional and did a great job helping me narrow down my choice of a new car. I recommend Heath if you are looking for a smooth car buying experience.
I do not recommend buying or taking your car back to this deal ship. After calling and telling them what I wanted my car checked out for they ignored what I said and did a full service check which had nothing to do with the problem I told them about. Now being charged for a check that was not asked for, the part I told them to look at was under warranty. Don’t waste you time
