The trip to that dealership was sorta like a "bate and switch" lesson and a collousal waste of time! They trick me into coming there...They couldn't even get the deal done even though I was pre-qualified!! I don't understand 😕

I think the person I was working with was very responsive, gave me the information I was looking for. I put in a reasonable offer based on information I was given by someone I know in the industry (he actually suggested lower opening bid than what I offered). I was told the car had a lot of interest therefore they wouldn’t negotiate at all. So I decided not to buy. Two weeks later, the car is still available.
Completely different experience that we’ve had thus far. We were almost afraid to buy a car after a few test drives. Very professional, cars actually fully inspected and prepared for sale, not trying to hide anything, happy to let us in the back and put it up on a lift, salesman had a great personality. Bought the car!
Dealer was wonderful got a great deal on my CX50 turbo. My only issue was we could not find me this car in blue. I got it in black which I’m not a big fan of. I did find on my rear wiper that it’s missing its plastic cover otherwise this car was/is in pristine condition as advertised. Gripes about the car itself is you can only use the auto start if you pay for an app which I find misleading by the manufacturer.
