I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They explained all the risks and benefits of treatment options for my cat, and the staff all really love animals. The only thing I do not like is that they don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust and who will not price gouge me like The Hope Center does.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
