My kids didn’t receive the help they need from the therapist that was assigned to them. I am following up with the management now to see what is the proposed solution but it still baffles me that a therapist isn’t able to hold space for a child in distress, it’s like making the issue worse. I also agree with previous reviews that it felt very boxed, like the therapist is reading from a script with very little empathy.
I don't recommend for couples therapy.
Their therapy was like reading a textbook. It's a one-fits-all solution. I kinda regret talking about my issues with detail. It even made me feel invalidated because of how factory-like the session was.
