The triage nurse was awful!! My son had difficulty breathing, I wanted to show him the video that I recorded at home because I can’t describe my son’ situation very well and my language is not very good, but he refused to see !My son later on was diagnosed with lung infection, and of course we were put on the last at the waiting list .
Always clean, always good care and patience . It is very much appreciated the respect tourds kids with disabilities and the way the staff adjusts to their very special needs.
Been here 2 times with my youngest. 1st was when he was 3 having a bad asthma attack and then yesterday after an allergic reaction resulting in him passing out at the hospital. I can say the doctors here are all extremely Beyond belief amazing from the moment he passed out until we were discharged. The doctors where extremely attentive and caring even while I was asking 1000 questions they answered me with respect and patience while reassuring me the whole time.
