I brought my elderly father to the day hospital for an infusion, yesterday. He was sent to the emergency dept due to a complication. He stayed overnight. Both departments were excellent. All personnel were very professional and caring towards my father. Merci!!
If you have an Arabic or Muslim-sounding name and are bringing your toddler for treatment, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Avoid this place — go to Sainte-Justine instead. What was once a wonderful institution just a decade ago has, sadly, changed. Recent geopolitical tensions appear to have influenced the behavior of certain staff members, who no longer seem able to uphold the ethical standards of care, including the Hippocratic Oath.
Il y a 2 chirurgiens qui ont changé ma vie à l’hôpital Général, Dr Vourtzoumis et Dr Zammit, je suis très reconnaissante envers eux. J’ai eu également un très bon service avec le personnel de la salle d’op ainsi qu’à la salle de réveil. Merci encore :)
