I have had the best experience with Montrachet Apt Homes. I moved from out of State and the Management Team provided outstanding proactive support every step of the way. They are always friendly, professional and very responsive. This is the main reason I chose Montrachet over other options. They made renting and moving in easy. I love the apartment and the community. It’s a great place to live.
Montrachet is a good place to call home. I love the setting - hidden away like a mountain type retreat, yet its an easy drive into either Denver or the mountains. Lots of good people here and we make peace with the wildlife nearby.
I've lived here for over a year and have found Montrachet to be a very comfortable, quiet environment in which to live. The location is accessible to many outside amenities, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the management and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!
Glenn is the friendliest & optimistic maintenance man I’ve ever met. Professional, knowledgeable & helpful at explaining things. He’s quickly replaced a worn appliance part on my stove, balanced my rattling fridge, got my fireplace working again, troubleshoots water heater/ heating/AC issues, unclogged a sink & a tub. Montrachet has a beautiful location & pool. I find maintenance to be better here than when I lived years ago at apartment complex West 8th in Golden.
