Completely unprofessional. They cancel appointments on the very same day—and charge for doing nothing.
Charges $50 for rescheduling even anithing happens! If you tell them the reasons they still want $50 no matter what
Charging $50 for no shows and cancellations in less than 24 hours is crazy. I went to leave for an appointment and my car wouldn't start, called to reschedule and said I was having issues with my car, they still want $50 to see my child I also feel like I was waiting 45+ mins to be seen after checking in. I understand there's multiple providers but a 45+ min wait is wild. Unfortunately we will be switching providers.
Not so sure if it's their fault or just the medical field. Your told you have an issue but you can't be prescribed any medication for it. Never felt more ignored and at risk for preventable health issues. I feel like they violate the Hippocratic Oath. I have mental health issues so I have continued to go to montoya in the hopes it was my issue, no luck.
