This is a nice neighborhood that is well kept with timely maintenance available. The apartments are extremely spacious. They are a fair management company. Be mindful the pool is not for renters. Be mindful your rent will skyrocket if you intend to stay for more than a couple years.
After 20 plus years of being apart of Montoya, I'm leaving with better words then years ago. First off, the maintenence guys do everything they can. They are good, and at times go out of their way to help. Sometimes they get put behind because the individual who runs the complex does not always support them with new appliances or product for job completions.
