Great Law Firm. Montlick Injury Attorneys represented my family on two cases. They handled a second auto accident case of me, the prior one was for my husband. I spoke to an attorney from my very first call, and i spoke to my attorney whenever I needed her. This meant a lot to me. So many friends have told me that with other law firms they NEVER talk to an attorney. Not with Montlick, They kept me informed every step of the way, Great people, treated me like family. Cannot say enough good things about them.
The first team was great, the second team was not. The second attorney was very dismissive, passive aggressive and difficult to work with. I contacted Montlick for months regarding my experience and outstanding checks still owed to me AFTER settling, as I had been advised to settle or it would draw out. So, on Sunday January 28th, 2018 I got up ready to chill out in my apartment. I was talking to my friend Kris otp at the time. I noticed it smell like rat pee but no rat or mouse in site or anything like that. I went into the fridge to get something to drink. I heard a noise from behind me and I turned to run but the cabinet with all of my dishes fell on me. Knocked me out. My phone slid into the dining room. Kris was on the phone but I was out. I spoke with a Legal Representative name ***** today. This Lawyer or Legal Representative insulted my 72 year old Father as well as mea retired 25 year active duty U.S. Army Veteran. He degraded us to the point I had to tell my Father to hang the phone up so I could converse with him privately. This Law Firm is horrible. Everything ***** asked **** had.
