I have been living at Montierra for a little less than a year and I’ve had a really great experience and would definitely recommend this community. One of the best parts is the maintenance team. They’re on site every day, super nice, and always fix things the same day. The leasing team is also great, especially Ashley, who is always quick to respond and very helpful. We only toured Montierra and decided the apartment units weren't the right fit for us, but the leasing office staff here were very friendly and professional. The amenities here are also impressive, they have volleyball courts, tennis courts, a huge pool area, and a well-equipped gym. Close enough to the freeway for convenient access but far away enough for minimal road noise. Give this place a tour if you are looking for a quality apartment community.
We were ready to sign a lease on this apartment but there were too many red flags and I am so glad we went to a different community. I have no idea how they are getting away with charging a pet deposit on assistant animals while your documentation is “processing” there is no loophole, charging pet rent or a deposit for any amount of time is illegal. I have been a part of the Montierra community since late 8/25. I love my apartment and the community. The complex is well maintained, maintenance requests are resolved very quickly and Montierra offers lots of amenities. The leasing center staff is very pleasant and responsive. Steven and Jennifer were amazing to deal with when we first came to look at the property. Steven did an excellent job of keeping us updated on available units prior to our move in.
