We only toured Montierra and decided the apartment units weren't the right fit for us, but the leasing office staff here were very friendly and professional. The amenities here are also impressive, they have volleyball courts, tennis courts, a huge pool area, and a well-equipped gym. Close enough to the freeway for convenient access but far away enough for minimal road noise. Give this place a tour if you are looking for a quality apartment community.
We were ready to sign a lease on this apartment but there were too many red flags and I am so glad we went to a different community. I have no idea how they are getting away with charging a pet deposit on assistant animals while your documentation is “processing” there is no loophole, charging pet rent or a deposit for any amount of time is illegal. I have been a part of the Montierra community since late 8/25. I love my apartment and the community. The complex is well maintained, maintenance requests are resolved very quickly and Montierra offers lots of amenities. The leasing center staff is very pleasant and responsive. Steven and Jennifer were amazing to deal with when we first came to look at the property. Steven did an excellent job of keeping us updated on available units prior to our move in.
Montierra has been a great experience. We’ve been here officially since August and the location is our idea of perfect. Close to amenities but without the outside noise. Multiple grocery stores within 10 minutes of us, close to the freeway but no freeway noise. Also thank you to Jennifer, Ashley, Dylan, and maintenance for helping make our move in smooth.
