Woodland Point Apartments is a nice area with mediocre management. I'm a 3-year previous tenant of the Woodland Point Apartments. The apartments are nice sized and well kept. As for the amenities, they were often broken or unavailable due to poor maintenance or lack of responsiveness by management. This includes broken exercise equipment for months, and getting chemical burns from the unmonitored PH levels in the indoor pool's hot tub. If you don't need much besides the apartment, it's a nice place to live, but the rent is h... read more

Don't rent Drunken, loud obnoxious neighbors, police calls. 700 deposit never returned, because I wrote the wrong date, but they really knew when I was leaving...they could have told me about it, but just wanted the money. The washing machines were always broken. Dog crap everywhere, and never picked up. The yellow dead grass from all the dogs was also bad. Across the street from the low income apartments...good for watching cops over there too. The security doors were always propped open. Constant puke and garbage from the ... read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE 1st time moving to billings. MT we went over to rocky meadows apartments to see if they have any properties available, the manager over there said she had some sickness which made her unable to use the elevator, talk about laziness, because she could have used the stairs and showed us the model, she was also very rude to us. went over to country meadows. I remember how sweet the two ladies were. Susan and Paulette, they were so friendly and polite that we didn't even wanted to see the model, we just filled o... read more

I don't recommend living here. Rent is reasonable, but leasing office doesn't help with anything.Maintainence staff left dirty footprints on our carpet while changing furnace filters. They will not back you up with anything, including gas service disputes. They don't do anything about public property protection. If your neighbor puts up a basketball hoop and their kids are bouncing balls off of your house and car, don't expect any help getting it removed from the parking lot.Mold growing in our laundry closet, all they did was ... read more

Great Apartments These apartments are wonderful. They are fairly new and are in great shape. They are very near to some parks and a small man made lake. The neighborhood is amazing with great stores nearby and within walking distance including the South Point Mall. Their services are great and the pool is awesome. But, their rental rates are a little high for the town but that is part of living on the south part of Lincoln. It is also very safe.
