Don't rent Drunken, loud obnoxious neighbors, police calls. 700 deposit never returned, because I wrote the wrong date, but they really knew when I was leaving...they could have told me about it, but just wanted the money. The washing machines were always broken. Dog crap everywhere, and never picked up. The yellow dead grass from all the dogs was also bad.
