I changed management over to Mike and his team at Monticello over 15 years ago to manage a 4 unit building in HB. We have a long track record now and Mike does a terrific job with management of operations, maintenance, repairs, advice, even a tenant dispute which we both thought was totally false but settled through my insurance carrier. Sometimes tenants try squeeze their landlords but oh well. In that, and all instances, I highly recommend Monticello.
Extremely frustrating experience with management and maintenance. We’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests over several weeks for a broken master toilet and a non-working microwave, and no one has come to fix them. Instead of sending maintenance, Gillian, who we’ve been dealing with, keeps asking us to explain how things are broken — if we knew how to fix them, we wouldn’t be putting in service requests. Gillian is fantastic to work with! I rented a condo from Monticello Property Management for 4 1/2 years. Anything that came up was dealt with within a day. Nice to see people that take their jobs serious and are part of the solution. Brian B
They hung up on me. Highly do not recommend them to manage my houses or even my grocery list. Plenty of PM in OC.
