I have been using Monticello to manage my family's properties for several years and they are fantastic.
This is the property management company you definitely need to stay away. In the beginning it was ok. but when you need their help you are on your own. Of course I have read their reviews on this page as well but I can totally say this was the worst management company I have to deal with it in 10 years I have problems with communication, maintenance related issues, gas leaking around the building house security deposit got paid back $1000 less than original amount.
