Scheduled an appointment to have my A/C looked at (No A/C). Austin came out. He wasted ZERO TIME and got right into it! He was very thorough, fully explained everything he was doing and his findings. Showed me how clogged my condenser was, right before cleaning it with a hose. I really enjoyed his honest professional recommendation moving forward with my A/C service. Our kitchen sink was plugging up. Called Monticello plumbing. They decided it was due to our pipes are to small and needed a slope. It was a tedious job due to the conditions of accessing the drain from the sink but they mastered it. I could not believe the neatness for cleanup. Very professional and so very kind. Tank you.
