I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been a great experience. The management is great, especially GiGi, and they are always doing things to improve living conditions for tenants. I have met some of the best people ever, and it being so close to campus is a huge plus
Mediocre overall. Management is not great with communication and apartments are pretty run-down; some of them are straight up gross. It's close to BYU campus though, which is nice.
