They aren’t the nicest apartments but the location is amazing and the people are great. They just replaced the beds with ones that are way worse so minus a star

lived there for a year, nasty place. low level management was fine just understaffed at times, gigi a real one. but NEVER RENT FROM REDSTONE RESIDENTIAL. Lease written with extremely predatory, manipulative, and convoluted language which I thought was normal until I looked around for other places. It's dozens of pages long and you need to read several different sections in order to get the whole picture on one aspect of the lease. Monticello apartments is great! Seth, gigi, tanner, weston, and jacey are all employees there that helped me personally. I loved the proximity to campus and the overall great service from the leasing office when i needed it. Good college apartment especially for lower class men :))

This place was the perfect first apartment with cheap rent and good amenities. The pool was nice to have during hot months and always clean. Gigi, seth, tanner, weston, and jacey were all wonderful staff that i got to connect with and they were great. The location is the best though being right next to campus is so awesome. Great college apartments!
