MUST READ!!! Monticello Apartments stole my girlfriend’s $500 holding fee and has yet to return it.
Love it here :) Staff and Management really upkeep the grounds, everyone is quiet and friendly. Any issues they take care of ASAP! I can’t wait to honestly sign my lease for a second year and not have to do the typical every year Seattle move.
