I visited and I felt safe and very liked the two bedroom unit that I was a guest! Nice place.
I had birds entering the front and back facia. I was told on the day I signed the lease, I was was told that repairs to the facia were scheduled and would be done soon. The door was in terrible shape and I was told the door was scheduled for replacement. After 10 months of living here the facia was finally repaired. When I was signing I was not told that the additional fees, including water, adds 200$ to monthly cost not including gas and electtric. Water charges alone are 150$.
