I pay attention to reviews and the pictures of needed repairs to these expensive apartments says a lot. And the additional fees that are mandatory is ridiculous, I'm currently leaving Sudden Place Apartments just for these newly mandatory fees. And what really has me not coming to check out these apartments is the generic responses from the apartment company itself. Smh
Living in Montciello was a lovely experience. What I enjoyed the most was the private entrance to a second story, the keyless entry. Semi-gated community was also a plus (except it's weak). Things I didn't like were either a privilege in part (starting snow removal before 4 am in the deepest parts of the community, light sleepers will wake up - still felt nice to drive to work at 6 am in semi-cleared streets), rattling window (they changed all windows in the community months later), or some negligence from maintenance during... read more
I lived here a couple of years ago, awful and expensive in a lot of ways I didn't expect going in. It was very drafty and my heating bill went up over $200 in the winter and maintenance said there was nothing they could do. I was a day late on rent a couple of times due to recovering from a severe concussion, and the cruel smirk of the woman in the office, taking advantage of my distress as she charged me hundreds late fees will stick in my memory for a long time.
I enjoy living here. They keep up the property. Any time I have an issue they addressed it really fast. Office staff and maintenance seem really nice and professional. Been living here some time now the area appears safe.
Great experience! The move to Monticello went smoothly thanks to Anika for her support since day one, super helpful and professional throughout. And Johnny, he’s amazing with maintenance and truly a blessing to have around!
