Purchased a certified pre-owned Rogue Platinum. I worked with Brianna and Matt and they both made it a very positive experience. I would definitely return to Nissan Mazda. This is the fourth car that we have purchased/leased from them.
Edit… They sold us a pre-owned car with two key fobs and we quickly realized one didn’t work. We now have to replace the fob at BMW for $300. Be sure to check even simple things, like keys. We also drove off the lot with less than half a tank of gas. I thought cars at least came with a full tank….We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle and worked with Gwen. I was greatly impressed with Nissan's service department. I dealt with Jeff G and he and the crew did an excellent job dealing with a complex issue. Jeff kept me well informed on what was going on with my truck, and landed the invoice at the end of the job right on the original estimate. My truck runs beautifully and I am super happy with the service and work.
Salesperson Tracy showed me 2 cars. Was very undecided but chose one, only to change my mind the next day. Tracy graciously and happily made all the changes needed to get me into the better choice. I am thrilled with my Nissan Rogue. Thank you Tracy.
