Great experience purchasing my Acura TLX from Montgomeryville Acura. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. My sales consultant, Dylan was great! I would not recommend Montgomeryville Acura based on my experience. The customer service is consistently poor. The staff answering the phones are often rude and seem to have an attitude whenever you call. Unfortunately, the issue extends beyond the front desk. Their delivery drivers have also been demanding, impatient, and unprofessional during our interactions. Communication is another major problem. Been a very satisfied customer since 2019. Kind, reliable, professional and considerate of your time. In 2025, Brian was able to have my car towed there and get me in within an hour when I needed a new tire unexpectedly. I actually needed 4 tires and they were in stock so I was not inconvenienced in the least. My recent 2026 appointment there was a sound issue and Brian resolved it within 1/2 hour.
