I had the unfortunate experience at 2 separate service visits within a year of being charged for a simple tire rotation that was not performed either time. I was able to tell this because I have a wheel with easily identifiable scrapes that hadn't moved. When I questioned it with the advisor, after conferring with the tech (same one both times apparently), he obviously had to admit to me that it wasn't performed and apologized that that wasn't communicated between them before check out. and payment.
