I would not recommend Montgomeryville Acura based on my experience. The customer service is consistently poor. The staff answering the phones are often rude and seem to have an attitude whenever you call. Unfortunately, the issue extends beyond the front desk. Their delivery drivers have also been demanding, impatient, and unprofessional during our interactions. Communication is another major problem. I had the unfortunate experience at 2 separate service visits within a year of being charged for a simple tire rotation that was not performed either time. I was able to tell this because I have a wheel with easily identifiable scrapes that hadn't moved.
