I have been a patient of Montgomery Womens Health for a year now. I cannot say that ALL of my experiences have been 5 stars but several of them have been GREAT. I was introduced to Katie Carter and Krystal Rork (Amerithin). They have not let me down. Krystal has helped me with managing my weight which has also helped me with managing my health. I had an appointment at 10:50. I took the whole day off of work so I could get multiple appointments done. My next was at 1:30 so I thought I'd have plenty of time. I arrived at 10:30. After waiting for 40 minutes in the waiting room, I went up and said hey I have other appointments to be at today. They called and said I was next, so I was like good I should be able to get the whole appointment done in an hour. Dr. Waddell, Dr. Brenner and the ultrasound girls are great. With that being said the management of this office is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Poor communication and poor scheduling. Every visit is at least 1.5-2 hour wait with no communication. I would be in there a hour or more past their closing time with the lobby lights off and people cleaning.. Some communication and new management/scheduling would help this office tremendously.

This place is a joke! The front desk workers always seems to have an attitude or act like you are bothering them. The system never keeps phone numbers updated once you update with them. I’ve had several incidents over the years where they call to relate info about upcoming appointments, but magically the phone number on file is the old number again. Doctors doesn’t stay at that location long at all, each visit I have, I always end up seeing someone “new” almost every appointment have to get rescheduled because the doctor it ... read more

I have never had a bad experience here. Dr.Brenner has been great at caring about what we want and also shows that she cares. The nurse staff has been nice.
