Dr. Waddell, Dr. Brenner and the ultrasound girls are great. With that being said the management of this office is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Poor communication and poor scheduling. Every visit is at least 1.5-2 hour wait with no communication. I would be in there a hour or more past their closing time with the lobby lights off and people cleaning.. Some communication and new management/scheduling would help this office tremendously.
This place is a joke! The front desk workers always seems to have an attitude or act like you are bothering them. The system never keeps phone numbers updated once you update with them. I’ve had several incidents over the years where they call to relate info about upcoming appointments, but magically the phone number on file is the old number again. Doctors doesn’t stay at that location long at all, each visit I have, I always end up seeing someone “new” almost every appointment have to get rescheduled because the doctor it ... read more
I have never had a bad experience here. Dr.Brenner has been great at caring about what we want and also shows that she cares. The nurse staff has been nice.
Oh my gosh! Such a horrible experience! Just seeing James R. Dockery, Jr., MD‘s name makes me cringe with the flashbacks that I have of the procedure that he performed. I was told that I would be going in for a procedure to check and see if I needed to biopsy and if need be a biopsy would be performed. However, the biopsy was performed even before he did the observation. He didn’t check and see if I needed to have the biopsy Before it I was preformed. I was in excruciating pain. It’s really should be no stars. If you make an appt with Dr. Waddell, you may want to cancel bc she lacks professionalism. During my appt I asked her about any birth control that she recommends and she said I don’t care for it my husband had a vesectomy. The lack of care. Especially if we both are women. She asked me why I wanted to get off the current birth control and I told her my symptoms and immediately cut me off and sis those are not related to the birth control.
