I ordered three dozen white roses for a work event via 1800 Flowers and Montgomery Village Florist got the job. MVF delivered RED roses and left them in a crystal vase on my front step - no box. By the time I went to get them, the vase, full of top heavy flowers, had tipped over and shattered, leaving glass all over my front step. I notified 1800 Flowers and got a redelivery the next day. This florist is worthless! I ordered flowers on a Wednesday for a Friday a.m. delivery and made sure to let the representative knew the exact address, my card message, and the expectation for an a.m. delivery. The representative apparently did not know English. This florist failed on all 3 of my requests. The flowers were not delivered until 1:30 p.m., the delivery address was way wrong, and the card message which was very important was not correct. I had the representative write it down and reread it to me and they still go... read more
If you call for help about your order they will not be able to help you. This is an answering service serving as the middle man between you and the florist. It's almost 7pm and my order has not been delivered. I want a refund no one is is calling me back. I wish I had seen these reviews before i ordered.
