I have seen Dr. Kessous for several back and knee problems . I liked the fact that he believes in surgery afer all other options are exhausted. He had a young lady that was great but has since left his practice to get married and relocate . I recently saw him because my knee is " barking " and I am looking at knee replacement . He has a Physical therapy center in Gaithersburg . He sent me there with no heads up or discussion of what dry needle therapy is .
