Experience with Montgomery Ross & Associates Tracy Schuhart is our property manager who does not call people back or respond to emails !! “Absolutely Useless” Non-Stop BS and treats condo owners and their tenants like they don't own the place but yet collect condo fees without missing a beat! If you take someone’s money, and promise a service, then do not deliver that service, that is theft. Your job is to respond to inquiries from property owners.
