Dr Williams has a wonderful calm demeanor they are informative they are patient and easy going. The atmosphere is very calm and friendly. He is also very quick and to the point
The CUSTOMER SERVICE here is very POOR!! They should take a class or course on how to properly handle patients! Patience & Respect is not their thing. Especially THE ONES ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
