If i could give zero stars I would. This office is the worst. I went in for a consultation for a dental implant. When I called to make the appointment I gave my insurance information and asked how much the out of pocket cost would be. The receptionist told me zero, because it was just a consultation. When I actually went in for my appointment, I again provided my insurance information and just to be sure I asked again about my out of pocket cost and I again was told zero. Merlo Leonard A Dds- Montgomery Oral & Facial Surg is From start to finish I was impressed with this surgeon and his care of my daughter during four wisdom teeth extraction. She liked the pre-surgical meeting where he answered her questions and responded to her fears. She liked the video he showed as well. He was professional, qualified front office staff, and good care. Information provided to the family post-operatively was appropriate. And the follow up visit was flawless. I've referred many to him. .
