RecommendedKathy was awesome in so many ways! She helped both my husband and myself with figuring out our gait and our arch supports with her handy computer. She was very knowledgeable and incredibly attentive the entire time while balancing other customers. This store is definitely worth your time if you're looking for great running shoes!

I thought I was actually at a different running store, and I’m happy I stumbled into the “wrong” store. They were short staffed today, but that didn’t interfere with their professionalism and customer service. Kathy was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about what the foot scan and walking video indicated. I was especially impressed that they try to sell me things I didn’t and weren’t pushy. I’ll be back in the future.

Just picked up a 2019 Trek Marlin 7 from Montgomery Multisport. Being new to mountain bikes Andy and Alex were great to deal with and service was second to none. Thanks again for all your help.
Heard great things about this store. What a disappointing experience! Have never been there before. Fully intended to buy shoes arch supports, etc. Sign said short staff which was ok and we did wait. Female sales person poorly explained the shoe fitting process which was not clear. She then said the card reader for debit did not work. I did not feel she had a clue what she was doing! If the reader did work why are they open today?
Used this place to rent a mountain bike for a race. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly. I got a great price on my rental and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Definitely reccomend.
