RecommendedBeing new to the area, finding a bike shop wasn’t the easiest task. Despite being one of the few options locally, Multisport doesn’t hold back on their excellent customer service. I recently took an old bike to Montgomery Multisport to see if it was still in working order. For a very fair price they got the old bike looking like it was brand new! The staff is extremely thorough and friendly. I look forward to going back and consulting with them on the right shoes for me! I highly recommend Montgomery Multisport!
They came to the hospital for nurses week and all of the staff was super helpful and super sweet!!!! I got a pair of Hokas and have previously purchased mizunos and absolutely love both of them for work and for running!
I went there to talk to Andy about doing a bike fitting. I know he was busy, but he took my number and said he would call me within the next hour or two. I never got a call. I felt like he wasn’t interested. Maybe it’s because I didn’t buy the bike from there. What’s up Quin?
Kathy at Montgomery Multisport hooked Tim up yesterday with a great pair of shoes! She also added Caterpylaces and some Feetures socks. He says his feet feel amazing!! So appreciative of the amazing customer service!! 👟🏃🏻♂️
I have been having trouble with my feet and my doctor suggested giving them a try. It was a wonderful experience and they really knew what they were doing for the first time in a month I worked out and have no pain in my heels and the balls of my feet. Went to visit just because I was in town and Andy treated me like I was his best customer. If you are in Montgomery, swing by for a visit and you won’t regret it. Everything you would want from your LBS.
Customer service is beyond what I expected. Andy really knows his stuff. He is fair and honest and always goes above and beyond for his customers.
