Great service and very personal touch. Andy remembers your name and I think that is. Dry important when approaching clients and bonding them to your store. Great store. I've purchased running shoes many times over the years and was always happy but a running injury sent me to the bike shop. Andy is an amazing help with any bike question, purchase or issue I've had. I purchased a Trek road bike from MMS at the end of April and have been back many times for accessories. Tyler in repair is super nice and helpful! He made sure my bike was tuned up and ready to go in time before my first race. I live in Mobile with family in Montgomery. When the local stores in Mobile didn't have what I needed for a triathlon, my first call was MMS. They went out of their way to find what I needed and of course, they even had it in stock. Awesome customer service and they actually have women's triathlon clothes larger than a L!
I always try to shop local whenever possible and MMS makes it so easy with their unbeatable customer service and great product selection. I'm new to cycling and I appreciate the time Andy spent helping me pick out my new bike. Incredibly knowledgeable, extremely patient, and wonderful customer service! I am new to running and Ian (sp) took the time to help me try on a number of options till we found the right one!
A hard working, knowledgeable gang that will sell/fit/repair your bicycle and will help outfit you and your bike whether you're going to ride in the Alps or just going to do the John hall loop.

I stopped by today to pick up a core for one of my tires on my mountain bike, and as has been he case the past three or four times my husband and I have been in, everyone has been so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. In fact, while I was there today, I went next door to look at a new pair of shoes, and I spent about 30 minutes or so with Malcolm.
