The new OBGYN system is terrible. Love my doctor (I've been with her since 2008 when it was Capitol OBGYN) but can't get in to see her anymore. Can't even get into the Olney office. Very upset. I'm just updating this to say the office manager did call me - she was very nice and seemed very concerned about the problem I had. I don't know that anything will get better with the practice overall, but I do appreciate the time to listen to my concerns.

Sitting here almost 1 1/2 hours beyond the scheduled appointment time and being asked 5 minutes ago if we want to reschedule is ludicrous and completely unacceptable! !!
