After my last hospital stay I can say I will never use this hospital again. Which is sad considering I delivered all four of my children there. Since changing from Montgomery General to Medstar Montgomery this hospital had gone drastically downhill. Even the doctors offices that are part of Medstar now are sadly not what they used to be. RecommendedI like Montgomery General very much, I have had couple surgeries there and my last knee replacement. They took such good care of me, the surgery staff kept me Com and the floor staff excellent care. My Doctor I couldn't ask for better. Thank you Dr Bruce Knolmyer and Staff.
Never again. My mom was there 6 days and the staff was terribly rude, indifferent and acted like it was such a chore to to their job. We couldn't get any answers to our questions and it got to a point I seriously wondered of they were paying any attention to what they were doing. So glad she is out.
