My primary Dr has referred me there, I have waited 2 weeks for them to call me with an appointment! I try to call them and I get an message saying the number has been disconnected! Not impressed 😕
Dr. Echols was great and I didn't meet anyone rude!
I recently saw Dr Echols because Dr White has retired. She is a wonderful Doctor. Her staff “Tanya” is the rudest heartless human being I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot believe there is no way to have your own doctor call you at their convenience because I do know they are busy but there is no reason for their staff to treat people like she does. She is in the wrong profession. Not sure if she a nurse or what but she does not need to be dealing with the public at ALL!
I had been hurting in my stomach for weeks. My medical doctor has been on Severa different medications. Went to Dr. Garrett and she did a EDG and found out I had several small ulcer from the medications. Without her I might have died from the ulcer could have bleed to death. The best in the City. She caring, loving and her staff is very professional and polite.
