Internet was out for several days with no way to reach maintenance or the office. Was then informed that the internet provided to residents had been canceled without warning by "corporate". Management has become less and less communicative during our stay here and now if you call the office you get an AI assistant.
Vanessa was a great help to us when we got to Azalea Apartments. Thank you for everything

Had a great experience living here. Maintenance is quick, responsive, and effective thanks to Jorge. And Carrie on the admin team really gets things done, as does Vanessa. Sound proofing between floors isn't great and depending on your unit you will hear the train a lot, but if that doesn't bother you it's a lovely place to live. (Note: rent went up about 5%/year, but could be negotiated on if you've been a good tenant.)
I just finished a move-out survey and the question was, what are your reasons for moving out? See my response below. Do not live here. To be completely honest, we hated living at Azalea. Our rent kept going up but the amenities and service we were provided went down in quality. The management was, quite frankly, impossible to reach.
