We are a small apartment complex comprised of 5 buildings with a community garden, an outdoor barbeque area and a fitness center! The apartments have beautiful hardwood floors, newly remodeled kitchens and balconies in each unit. We are located just a 10 minute walk from the Takoma Park metro station and just a short walk from both downtown Takoma Park AND downtown Silver Spring!

Wonderful place to live, great management team, very courteous and responsive to all concerns and needs. Would recommend friends and family to live here. Excellent community, Fred and Vanessa are great assets to your company, love their energy.
This apartment complex is quickly going downhill, and it's because of the horrible manager that Frederick Flores is. He is unprofessional and incompetent. He does not respond to any communication, made it impossible to call the office after installing some awful AI answering machine, doesn't take care of maintenance requests, doesn't enforce anything in the lease causing MULTIPLE lease violations like residents smoking, leaving trash around, abandoning cars and visitors with NO visitor passes taking up spaces for residents. ... read more
I strongly advise against living in this apartment complex. The building is extremely old, and the noise levels are unbearable—you can hear every movement from your neighbors, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the nearby train is a constant disturbance that will affect your daily life. The laundry facilities are a complete disaster. The apartment we have itself is nice for what we're paying, maintenance is fantastic if there's an issue. Management hasn't been as helpful about noise complaints and had my car towed even though they have my information. Edit: Finally got my car back after paying $170. My placard got knocked off my mirror and fell onto my driver's seat. So I can amend this a bit but it's still frustrating they towed me when a peek in the window would spot my permit.
