Luisa is super nice, she was very very patient with showing us our apartment again and giving us details on everything in our unit. She is also very professional!!
I recently visited this apartment community and had a great experience. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The management team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. You can definitely tell they care about the community and the people who live there. I was very impressed and would highly recommend checking it out!
Huge thank you to Luisa Gutierrez for the fantastic service! Finding a place can be overwhelming, but her friendly attitude and clear communication made all the difference. She kept me updated at every step and made sure all my move-in details were handled quickly. If you are looking for a place here, ask for Luisa you won't be disappointed
Internet was out for several days with no way to reach maintenance or the office. Was then informed that the internet provided to residents had been canceled without warning by "corporate". Management has become less and less communicative during our stay here and now if you call the office you get an AI assistant.
Vanessa was a great help to us when we got to Azalea Apartments. Thank you for everything
