All around fantastic staff and care.
I had an appointment on 07/07/2026 as a new patient. My job insurance we don’t have co pay, it’s go towards my deductible but they want me make the payment 250 dollars the day of service because I’m new patient.
WARNING: Predatory and Unauthorized Billing Practices. They kept my credit card on file without my signed consent and manually charged me a hidden $138.13 "missed appointment" fee. I never signed a financial agreement or a Card-on-File authorization allowing them to store my payment data. They rely on a vague automated text message that says a fee "might" apply, without ever disclosing the actual dollar amount, and use that as an excuse to run your card when you aren't there. Dr Alston and staff are wonderful! Tjwy made me feel as if theyve known me for years. Very polite each time and made sure my needs were taken care of.
Paid large copay just be told that there not much she can do, but she wants to sell me shoe insoles. Why I want to buy shoe insoles when I’m here for my main problem.
