Katie Googe is extremely unprofessional and the way she conducts her self with her patients is unbelievable. My mother was in dire need of treatment from specialists and this lady told my mother she would have to call and get her own referrals set up. Then proceeded to give a phone number that didnt work. I have the video of the whole conversation and how she was so extremely rude the whole time. I will be seeking legal action cause mrs.googe has my mother's health decline to a serious point. Had to find a new doctor due to mine retiring. Had an appointment today with Dr Googe and staff, so far so good. Dr Googe was very professional, but without being snobby, very thorough. Sent me home with some information and paperwork to monitor my BP first before raising my BP meds. Seems like a good fit and a good place.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are very unprofessional, never responds, does not care about the patients ESPECIALLY KATIE GOOGE always suggesting me to go to the store to spend money out of pocket when I came to the Dr for a reason she got me in this whole mess (VISIT) with my Insurance that they won’t pay for because I wasn’t supposed to see her it was someone else’s name on my paper and since she had been my previous Dr at another facility ( I LEFT TO GET AWAY FROM HER ) i guess she thought it was okay to take it up... read more
