I was brought back within 3 minutes of checking in. Dr. Kim and his assistant were very personable and tried hard to make me feel comfortable. This is the first dentist I've been to where the dentist did all the work, including the cleaning. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure I understood everything. He showed me my x-rays and pictures (like actual photographs of my teeth, pretty cool!) and pointed out a few issues and explained everything. Dentist and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to get an appointment, and I'm taken back promptly when I arrive for the appointment, minimal to no waiting. State-of-the art and very clean office. I've been a patient there for about 1 1/2 years.
