first time you've given me card with one time on it and then said appt. was at another. hygienist kept asking me questions I didn't know how to answer and i told her she should know the answers. i think we both just had a bad day. not really a problem. i didn't have much patience. tooth hurt.
Dr. Montgomery usually comes in at the end of my appointment to inspect the cleaning and check for any problems. However, he did not do this at my last appointment. I thought this was a good practice. Are y'all no longer performing the inspection at the end of the appointment? Thanks KC
