Any Cooper was nice, but she rushed my whole appointment. She was literally in the room with me for 4 minutes and she talked the entire time. She didn’t give me a chance to speak, greet myself, or explain my situation. She came in and greeted herself and didn’t give me a chance to greet myself and say good morning back. Had a follow up appointment for a echocardigram done on November 26 2025. However, even though I call on Monday December 1st to confirm my appointment for December 3, 2025, to get the results. Low and behold, my appointment had been scheduled for December 3, 2026!!! Can you believe that!. My doctor, whom I was scheduled to see, does not work on Wednesday, and the Nurse Practitioner is booked up. After taking time from work for this, I am totally disgusted. Who does this!!!
