I have been living her for almost 2 years now and never had a problem. Anytime I need something to fix, maintenance is right on it. The resident manager, Marcus is always there to assist me with my concerns.
I had a very disappointing experience with the management at Montgomery Arms, specifically with the manager, Marcus McKinnie. I had been apartment hunting in Downtown Silver Spring for several months, and Montgomery Arms initially seemed promising due to affordability.
