They seriously have to do something about their "private" parking. There is one ridiculously small sign by the handicap parking and besides that there is NOTHING that indicates that this parking is for residents only. Towing trucks are hounding the lot and they get people within five to ten minutes. At least put a bigger sign next to the entrance of the lot.
I’m currently having the most terrible experience living here. Since management changed, everything has gone downhill. The assistant manager, Marcus, has been the most difficult and unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. He constantly lies and gives false information. I was trying to renew my lease, but after seeing the price increases, I asked about transferring to a bigger space. Called before touring about a year ago & the tour was super nice. The staff was super sweet. I was toured an empty ready to move-into apartment & it was beautiful with upgraded appliances. The only downside was the limited parking but other than that the apartments and gym to the apartment complex is beautiful.
I came in to inquire about a one-bedroom apartment the assistant manager Marcus was amazing and patient and very informative about floor plans and pricing. However, my introduction to the property manager (lench) was not a pleasant experience she did not provide a welcoming atmosphere and acted as if she had no time to assist possibly due to what appeared to be a small child she was tending to.
