Called before touring about a year ago & the tour was super nice. The staff was super sweet. I was toured an empty ready to move-into apartment & it was beautiful with upgraded appliances. The only downside was the limited parking but other than that the apartments and gym to the apartment complex is beautiful.
I came in to inquire about a one-bedroom apartment the assistant manager Marcus was amazing and patient and very informative about floor plans and pricing. However, my introduction to the property manager (lench) was not a pleasant experience she did not provide a welcoming atmosphere and acted as if she had no time to assist possibly due to what appeared to be a small child she was tending to. I am so sorry for not remembering your name, but I always recognize and appreciate your cordial and friendly interaction with me when I visit the office or speak to you on the phone, my man! The maintenance team has always performed what is required of them professionally and in a friendly manner. Thanks to the team whom I have dealt with since we moved in in 2019.
