Customer service is absolutely terrible I made an appointment and some how it just got lost and then on top of that there staff is extremely rude I do not recommend if u actually need a service because they give the run around
They are really good people. And they are helping me with my issues. I thank God for the program because I could be in a worse state than I am now.
I went yesterday. The therapist I saw was Laura Jackson. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. I asked specifically for someone who could accommodate my need for CBT because I have epilepsy and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures. They gave me her who had no idea what epilepsy even was. That wasn’t even my biggest issue. She kept saying she was going to present my case for resources and that I was a perfect candidate when I just needed therapy.
