I had an appointment with Micah Hutton. I arrived on time to sign paperwork. The days leading up to my appointment Carastar sent several emails and text messages to confirm. I confirmed and came on time. After 30 minutes of waiting I approached the clerk and asked was he there she said it was suppose to be over the phone. WHY TELL ME TO COME TO THE FACILITY IF MY APPOINTMENT WAS OVER THE PHONE AND WHY DIDNT ANYBODY TELL ME??
Only come if you’re absolutely desperate and can’t afford to go anywhere else. I get triggered, talked down to, and talked to as if I’m stupid every time I have to talk to any staff from this location. It’s almost as if it’s done just to discourage you from coming and receiving any help. If you can afford to go anywhere else do so for your own mental health cause you’re not going to get what you need from here.
My daughter has an appointment coming up, and so I’ve been calling them to try to reschedule. I have called SEVEN times over the past 3 hours, but absolutely nobody will answer the phone. I’ve tried different extensions, as well as “0” for the operator. I’ve stayed on hold through the answering system for as long as 7 minutes. No one answers. I am a mental health provider who was looking for psychiatric services for my homeless patient. Alicia, or the receptionist, was EXTREMELY rude and hostile. I requested her name to keep track of information for documentation, since she said I had been misinformed about a fiscal topic and she refused to share it as well as refused to share which staff member I had talked to last week (her supervisor gave me her name).
