My daughter has an appointment coming up, and so I’ve been calling them to try to reschedule. I have called SEVEN times over the past 3 hours, but absolutely nobody will answer the phone. I’ve tried different extensions, as well as “0” for the operator. I’ve stayed on hold through the answering system for as long as 7 minutes. No one answers. I am a mental health provider who was looking for psychiatric services for my homeless patient. Alicia, or the receptionist, was EXTREMELY rude and hostile. I requested her name to keep track of information for documentation, since she said I had been misinformed about a fiscal topic and she refused to share it as well as refused to share which staff member I had talked to last week (her supervisor gave me her name). They are really good people. And they are helping me with my issues. I 5hank God for the program because I could be in a worse state than I am now.
I've been trying to get my 7 year old meds straighten out for over a month nurse seems like she is frustrated and don't want to talk to me about his medication I asked her to call the drugstore she called to wrong drugstore my son has medication at two drug stores and both of them are not correct today is Friday they are not open on Saturday my son being without his medication for 2 weeks and the nurse seems not to care I miss Dr Holloway changing my son doctor location soon as possible
