Front desk rude and Racist, Same goes for the Genoa worker I think it's freda, She is as racist as they come. At least 3 or 4 times they set up appts. Then when you get there they say they have quit. But they don't contact you. So you go over there for nothing.
WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cancelled 7 of my daughters appointments repeatedly no explanation, DOCTORS ARE NEVER AT WORK, TRUE WASTE OF SPACE
The time I been this Doctor kinda helps me I don't know her name. But until I got on medicine then I realized that the medicine put me to sleep alot which I need it (kinda) I was being stress out and suffered from depression. Except 1 time I waited in the lobby for like hour in a half for someone to see me to me it just un-call for so 3 stars
Horrible customer service. Just called to see if I was eligible and the lady on the line was so rude. Don’t come here for mental health needs cause just the people on the phone will make it worse
